A: No, we also have many reputable dealers that are out of state.

Q: Do you charge the members a fee for the service?

A: No, our service is free to you, the member.

Q: Should the members contact our preferred dealers before contacting Minnesota Dealer Direct?

A: No. All you need to do is complete our Auto Request Form and we will set you up with our trained representative at the dealer and help you through the process from start to finish to ensure a smooth and trouble free purchase.

Q: Can a member just pay cash?

A: Yes, whatever is best for you!

Q: Can you help if we have a trade-in?

A: Yes, we will mentor and ensure you get top dollar on your trade.
